Your Role:
Oversee structured cabling and fiber optic projects from start to finish
Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and installation teams
Ensure compliance with EIA/TIA standards and best practices
Lead and mentor teams to deliver top-quality installations
What You Need:
5+ years of experience managing low voltage/structured cabling projects
Strong knowledge of EIA/TIA standards, fiber, Cat6, MDF/IDF design
Experience with estimating, budgeting, and vendor management
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and project specs
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver s license & reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
