Available Positions

Helper / Entry-Level Technician

• Assist with pulling, identifying, and labeling copper and fiber optic cabling.
• Install support structures such as J-hooks, bridle rings, and conduit.
• Learn how to terminate workstation outlets and read blueprints.
• Develop the foundational skills to grow in the structured cabling trade.

Level I & II Technicians

• Install and terminate Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and fiber optic cabling.
• Read and follow blueprints and cable pathways for installation.
• Work on MDF/IDF buildouts, patch panel terminations, and network infrastructure.
• Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting using test equipment.

Level III & Lead Technicians

• Oversee the installation, termination, and certification of structured cabling projects.
• Lead and train teams of technicians while ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Perform fiber optic splicing, advanced testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with project managers and general contractors to coordinate workflow.

Background Profile

Experience in structured cabling, voice/data, or low-voltage systems (varies by level).
Ability to pull, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling.
Familiarity with cabling standards (EIA/TIA, BICSI, NEC).
Proficiency in reading blueprints and network diagrams.
Experience with fiber optic terminations and splicing (preferred for advanced roles).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professional growth.
