What You'll Be Doing
Install, terminate, and splice fiber optic cabling
Perform fusion splicing and fiber repairs
Test fiber using OTDR, Power Meter, and VFL equipment
Install racks, patch panels, and fiber enclosures
Read blueprints and construction drawings
Troubleshoot fiber connectivity issues
Maintain quality workmanship and job site safety
Preferred Experience
1+ years of commercial fiber installation
Fusion splicing experience
Familiarity with fiber testing equipment
Structured cabling experience is a plus
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
