What You ll Be Doing:
Install, terminate, and support splicing of fiber optic cable
Assist with and perform fiber testing using OTDR, Power Meter, and VFL
Work with racks, patch panels, and fiber enclosures
Read blueprints and follow layouts to complete installs
Troubleshoot and support fiber network performance
What Our Clients Are Looking For:
Around 2+ years of fiber optic or structured cabling experience
Familiarity with terminations, splicing, or fiber testing equipment
Eagerness to continue learning and building technical skills
Ability to work on a team and take direction from Lead Technicians
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
