What You ll Be Doing
Install and route CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber optic cabling in commercial environments
Terminate copper and fiber, including patch panels, keystone jacks, and fiber connectors
Test and certify cabling using appropriate testing equipment
Build out MDF/IDF closets including racks, ladder tray, cable management, and grounding systems
Read and follow blueprints, riser diagrams, and scope documents
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and assist with system upgrades
Maintain clean, organized, and code-compliant installations
What You Bring to the Table
2+ years of commercial structured cabling experience
Experience with copper and fiber terminations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Valid Driver s License and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours as project demands require
