Your Role:

• Oversee structured cabling and fiber optic projects from start to finish
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and installation teams
• Ensure compliance with EIA/TIA standards and best practices
• Lead and mentor teams to deliver top-quality installations

What You Need:

• 5+ years of experience managing low-voltage/structured cabling projects
• Strong knowledge of EIA/TIA standards, fiber, Cat6, MDF/IDF design
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, and vendor management
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and project specs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
