Your Role as a Sprinkler Helper: As a Sprinkler Helper, you will:

• Assist with the installation of sprinkler systems, including pipes, valves, and other components.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and system layouts.
• Work closely with experienced technicians to install, test, and maintain sprinkler systems.
• Gain hands-on experience in using various tools and equipment specific to the fire protection industry.
• Follow safety protocols and industry best practices on every job site.

Background Profile:

• Experience in construction or other physically demanding environments is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• A safety-conscious mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
