About the Opportunity
This is not new construction. This is boots-on-the-ground service work.
You ll respond to service calls, diagnose issues, make repairs, and represent a top-tier electrical contractor in the field. Every day is different. Every call matters.
Projects include:
Commercial retail centers
Office buildings
Restaurants and hospitality
Light industrial facilities
Maintenance and emergency service calls
What You ll Do
Troubleshoot electrical systems, lighting, and power distribution
Diagnose issues in panels, breakers, transformers, and controls
Repair and replace lighting systems, ballasts, drivers, and fixtures
Perform panel changes and service equipment upgrades
Install and service motors and motor controls
Identify defects in wiring, switches, and electrical components
Use ammeters, voltmeters, and ohmmeters for testing
Communicate clearly with customers and explain findings
Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
Work independently and manage daily service schedules
What You Bring
Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License
2+ years of commercial service electrical experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with lighting systems, motor controls, and service panels
Solid knowledge of NEC and electrical codes
Ability to read blueprints and single-line diagrams
Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
Valid driver s license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
