Your Role with the Company:
As a Security Service Manager, you will:

• Oversee and manage service operations for security and access control systems.
• Lead a team of technicians ensuring quality and efficiency on every project.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
• Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to meet service goals.
• Implement process improvements to optimize performance and profitability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to your team.

Background Profile:

• Experience: 10+ years in security system management, preferably in commercial environments.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing teams effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with access control, surveillance, and security alarm systems.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and offer innovative solutions.
• Flexibility: Available to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Access, Video, Intrusion, intercom experience required on multiple commercial systems, including but not limited to LenelS2, both S2 NetBox and OnGuard, AMAG, and Open Options DNA Fusion.  Video systems: Exacqvison, Milestone, Video Insight, Salient, i-Pro (previously Panasonic).  Intrusion systems: Bosch and DMP, specifically Bosch as we do tons of work with that line.
• Need to have experience with all aspects of these systems including programming at every level; this is a must. 
• Needs to be licensed by the state of TX now or at least eligible to do so upon being hired.
