About the Opportunity
This position supports commercial security and access control service operations throughout the Austin area. You ll work closely with service technicians, project managers, and customers to schedule work, track progress, and ensure every job is completed accurately and on time.
This is a fast-paced role with long-term career potential in operations or project coordination.
What You ll Do
As a Security Service Coordinator, you will:
Schedule and dispatch security service technicians
Respond to customer calls, emails, and service requests
Create and manage work orders
Track job progress and update clients as needed
Coordinate parts ordering and material availability
Review completed work orders for accuracy and completeness
Assist with billing documentation and closeout paperwork
Maintain organized records of service activity
Communicate clearly between field technicians and management
You are the communication hub that keeps everything aligned.
What We re Looking For
2+ years of service coordination, dispatching, or construction administration experience
Experience in security, access control, low voltage, or electrical service (strongly preferred)
Strong scheduling and multitasking skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Professional and customer-focused attitude
