Your Role as a Level III Security Technician:
Lead crews on complex access control and CCTV installations
Install, configure, and troubleshoot maglocks, strikes, glass breaks, motion sensors, cameras, and system panels
Interpret blueprints and lead system layout planning
Conduct site walks, assist with system design, and communicate with clients and GCs
Deliver clean, code-compliant, professional installations on time, every time
What You Need:
5+ years of security systems experience
Strong leadership skills and field supervision experience
Valid Texas Security License
Deep understanding of access control, CCTV, and low-voltage security wiring
Confidence in interpreting plans, coordinating projects, and solving on-site challenges
Bonus Points for:
Experience with IP-based systems and network integration
Manufacturer certifications a plus
