Your Role:
As a Security Service Technician in the Dallas market, your responsibilities will include:
Performing system troubleshooting and service-related tasks.
Self-performing and coordinating with the home office for all service activities.
Proactively communicating schedules and installation activities with customers.
Ensuring timely resolution of installation issues, RFI s, and project completion.
Coordinating material procurement for timely and cost-effective service and installation.
Assisting with materials and inventory logistics at the office/warehouse.
Managing time sheets, office supplies, and company vehicle duties.
Handling small projects and other minor installation tasks.
Fulfilling other duties as requested or required.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of IP networks and DHCP applications preferred.
Willingness and ability to perform on-call duties at a moment s notice with a focus on customer service.
Experience in installing, troubleshooting, and servicing access control systems.
Proficient in system installation, configuration, programming, and service.
Must hold a valid state of Texas license to install electronic security systems.
High energy, detail-oriented, self-starter with multitasking and organizational skills.
Positive team player adaptable to challenging and changing environments and stringent deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Active listening skills.
Professional appearance.
Willing to travel 50-75%
Proficient data entry skills and competence in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Clean driving record.
