Your Role as a Lead Security Technician:
Supervise teams of installers and technicians on commercial projects
Install, program, and test access control, CCTV, intrusion, and IP-based systems
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Conduct QA/QC and lead final testing and commissioning
Interface with project managers, end-users, and subcontractors
Train and mentor junior team members
Maintain job site organization, performance, and safety compliance
Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget
Background Profile:
4+ years of experience in commercial electronic security
Proficient in installing and programming access control & CCTV systems
Experience leading crews on commercial security jobs
Familiarity with major platforms (AMAG, LenelS2, Bosch, etc.) is a plus
Ability to interpret plans and manage material needs
OSHA 10 preferred
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
