Your Role as a Security Access Control Technician

As a Security Access Control Technician, you will:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced access control systems, video surveillance, and integrated security equipment.
• Program and configure access control and building automation systems.
• Conduct system diagnostics and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete projects on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering technical guidance and support.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics for system installations.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Experience: 2+ years working with access control, video surveillance, or related security systems in commercial environments.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with platforms like Lenel, AMAG, or similar systems is a plus.
• Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a focus on client satisfaction.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends if necessary.
• Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
