Your Role as a Security Access Control Service Technician

As a Security Access Control Service Technician, you will:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced access control, surveillance, and electronic security systems.
• Perform diagnostics and quality checks to ensure systems meet operational and safety standards.
• Work directly with clients to provide exceptional service and technical support.
• Collaborate with project managers to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics for installations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in electronic security installations and service, focusing on access control and surveillance systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with systems such as Lenel, AMAG, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Blueprint Knowledge: Strong ability to interpret and execute plans from schematics.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
