Your Role as a Recruiter

As a Recruiter at TradeSTAR, you will:

• Identify and Attract Talent: Source, screen, and recruit skilled professionals for the electrical and low voltage industries.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them with suitable roles.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Manage the Hiring Process: Oversee the entire hiring process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and job offers.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
