Your Role as a Recruitment Assistant:
The Recruiter Assistant is directly involved in supporting, coordinating, and scheduling necessary functions and task within our recruiting and onboarding processes. It’s a rewarding role where you can enjoy working with a team and helping others all while also utilizing your organization and administrative skills. This role works with a team dedicating to delivering a positive candidate experience while also ensuring our process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Working with our team performing various duties such as: answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting applicants, completing HR onboarding documentation, administering/scheduling onboarding items such as drug screens and background checks, as well as documenting various activities within our database and/or reporting.
