Your Role as a Project Coordinator:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the project management team, ensuring the successful planning and execution of fire protection and building safety projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting Project Managers in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, reports, and status updates.
• Tracking project progress to ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
• Resolving project-related issues and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain project flow.

Background Profile:

• Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with fire protection, construction, or building safety systems is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
