Serve as the face of our office—greet applicants, candidates, and employees.
Manage office operations: answer phones, maintain supplies, and oversee applicant processing.
Process new hire applications, background checks, I-9 verification, and drug screens.
Support payroll by tracking and chasing time from employees.
Assist in job postings and recruiting efforts.
Provide administrative support to the branch team.
Strong multitasker with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in an administrative or office coordination role preferred.
