What You ll Do:
Lead installation crews on commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects
Ensure work meets quality standards, codes, and project timelines
Read and interpret drawings, specs, and material lists
Coordinate with GC s, inspectors, and internal project managers
Train and mentor team members
Maintain a safe, productive, and professional job site
What We re Looking For:
3+ years of supervisory or foreman experience in fire sprinkler installation
Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and local codes
Ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite coordination
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
A results-driven mindset with a commitment to quality
Valid driver s license and dependable transportation
