Your Role Low Voltage Service Technician
As a Service Technician, you ll handle service calls, troubleshooting, and system support in active environments where uptime is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Service, troubleshoot, and maintain low voltage systems in schools, hospitals, and commercial facilities
Diagnose and resolve issues with displays, projectors, control systems, and audio equipment
Perform minor installations, upgrades, and system modifications
Work with cabling infrastructure including low-voltage wiring and terminations
Read and interpret system drawings and schematics
Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied environments
Document service calls, resolutions, and system updates
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in Low Voltage installation or service
Strong troubleshooting skills with A/V, Nurse Call, data, or security components
Experience working in commercial service environments (education and healthcare)
Knowledge of low-voltage cabling and connectivity
Ability to read blueprints and system schematics
Professional communication and customer-facing skills
Reliable transportation
