Structured Cabling Technician 

Company Information:

Locally owned and established communications installation contractor is seeking a Cable Installer.

Established in 1998, our focus is on inside and outside plant communications network and wireless data communications. The markets we serve include San Antonio / Central Texas, Houston, and Dallas.

Your role:

In this position you will be responsible for installing cable supports (j-hook, cable tray), labeling, pulling, and routing voice & data cabling in both new construction and existing commercial facilities.

What we are looking for:

• Candidates who are eager to work and dependable.
• Able to learn new tasks and take direction.
• Experience working in a construction environment.
• Proficient using basic hand tools/ power tools.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working from heights.
• Willing to work or days or nights as needed as well as travel. Travel time, per diem is provided.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background & drug screen.
