Your Role: As an experienced Security Access Control Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security systems including access control, CCTV, and related devices. Your duties will include:

• Installing and terminating security devices such as motion detectors, door strikes, mag-locks, glass breaks, and cameras.
• Leading a small crew of technicians on medium to large-scale projects.
• Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute system installations.
• Conducting walk-throughs with clients to ensure their security needs are met.
• Providing high-level customer service and addressing any system issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 2 + years of experience in security access control installation and maintenance.
• A valid Security License is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and determining cable paths.
• Experience leading a team on projects and ensuring timely completion.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform high-level system testing.
