Low Voltage Recruiter / Account Manager

TradeSTAR is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Recruiter / Account Manager to join our Pflugerville, Texas team. This is an internal TradeSTAR position for a recruiting professional who understands skilled talent, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to connect the right people with the right opportunities.

At TradeSTAR, recruiting is more than filling positions. You’ll build relationships with professionals throughout the low-voltage industry and help them advance their careers while supporting the workforce needs of our client companies.

What You’ll Do

As a Low Voltage Recruiter / Account Manager, your primary focus will be identifying, recruiting, interviewing, and developing relationships with talented low-voltage professionals.

You’ll recruit candidates across multiple skill and experience levels, including Helpers, Level I, Level II and Level III Technicians, Lead Technicians, Service Technicians, Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Source and recruit qualified low-voltage professionals
• Interview candidates and evaluate their skills, experience, and career goals
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
• Build lasting relationships with candidates throughout their careers
• Match candidates with opportunities at TradeSTAR client companies
• Coordinate recruiting and placement activities with the TradeSTAR team
• Support client relationships and evolving staffing needs
• Maintain accurate recruiting and candidate information
• Deliver a professional candidate experience from initial contact through placement

Experience recruiting professionals in areas such as structured cabling, data communications, security, access control, audiovisual, fire alarm, or other low-voltage systems is especially valuable.
