TradeSTAR is seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for long-term commercial construction projects throughout Houston, TX and the surrounding cities. If you're a skilled electrician with strong leadership abilities and commercial experience, we have opportunities waiting for you!
Requirements:
Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required)
Minimum 5+ years of recent commercial electrical experience
Strong experience installing and bending EMT, IMC, and Rigid conduit
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications
Experience with service installation, switchgear, panels, transformers, and motor controls
Proficient in layout, rough-in, trim-out, and equipment installation
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and commercial electrical systems
Ability to work independently, lead apprentices, and maintain high-quality workmanship
Proficient with electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
