Your Role as an Electrical Foreman

As a Foreman, you will lead commercial projects with skill and confidence, including:

• Project Leadership – Oversee and direct crews of electricians and apprentices to meet project goals.
• Hands-On Installation – Lead and assist with the installation of electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, and devices.
• Blueprints & Plans – Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Worksite Coordination – Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Problem Solving – Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep projects moving forward without delays.
• Material Management – Plan and order materials, tools, and equipment to meet project needs.
• Crew Development – Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and ensure quality work.
• Safety Oversight – Enforce company and OSHA safety standards to maintain a safe and compliant jobsite.

• Texas Journeyman Electrician License – Current and valid.
• 5+ Years of Commercial Electrical Experience – Extensive background in commercial electrical work, including large-scale projects.
• Leadership Skills – Proven experience leading and managing crews on commercial job sites.
• Blueprint Proficiency – Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute work based on project specifications.
• Excellent Communication – Ability to coordinate effectively with crews, project managers, and clients.
• Organizational Expertise – Skilled in managing schedules, materials, and manpower.
• Commitment to Safety – Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to enforce OSHA standards.
• Driver’s License – A clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
