Your Role: As a Licensed Fire Alarm Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of fire alarm systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, testing, and maintaining fire alarm systems, including smoke detectors, pull stations, and notification devices.
• Troubleshooting and repairing system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to plan and execute installations.
• Conducting inspections and providing documentation to meet NFPA and local code requirements.
• Leading small teams of technicians on medium to large-scale projects.

Qualifications:

• State of Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in fire alarm system installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Experience leading crews and managing project timelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
