Your Role as a Level III Security Access Control Technician
As a Level III Technician, you will:
- Lead the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex access control systems, video surveillance, and intrusion detection equipment.
- Supervise and train junior technicians on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and troubleshooting methods.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and quality checks to ensure all systems meet operational and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to execute project timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Interpret and implement blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics for precise installations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise and resolving advanced issues.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience: 5+ years in electronic security installations, including advanced access control and surveillance systems in commercial environments.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with systems such as Lenel, AMAG, Bosch, or similar platforms.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and train junior technicians.
- Blueprint Knowledge: Expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring schematics.
- Problem-Solving: Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex system issues.
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
