What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing, terminating, and testing Cat 6 and fiber optic cabling
• Performing structured cabling rough-in, routing, and dressing
• Troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues
• Building and maintaining IDF/MDF rooms, including rack and patch panel installation
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and project documentation
• Ensuring all installations meet EIA/TIA, BICSI, and NEC standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in structured cabling installation
• Proficiency in Cat 6, Cat 6A, and fiber optic termination
• Experience with testing tools such as Fluke testers
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and cable support systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
