Your Role as a Level II Security Access Control Technician

As a Level II Security Access Control Technician, you will:

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain access control systems, video surveillance, and other electronic security equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to ensure precise installations.
• Perform diagnostics, testing, and quality checks to verify system functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Work directly with clients to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist project managers in planning and executing projects efficiently and effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in electronic security installations, particularly with access control and surveillance systems in commercial environments.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with platforms such as Lenel, AMAG, or similar systems is a plus.
• Blueprint Knowledge: Strong ability to interpret and execute technical drawings.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Expertise in diagnosing and resolving system issues.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
