Role Summary: As a Level II Fire Alarm Technician, you will be instrumental in the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems in commercial buildings. Your expertise will ensure these systems comply with NFPA standards and local regulations, maintaining the highest safety standards.

What You'll Do:

• Install and Maintain Systems: Perform the installation and maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory standards.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues with fire alarm systems to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
• System Testing and Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of fire alarm systems, including smoke detectors, control panels, and notification devices.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed records of installations, inspections, and repairs, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality of fire alarm systems in commercial projects.

What You'll Need:

• License: Valid State of Texas Fire Alarm License.
• Experience: Extensive experience with commercial fire alarm systems, including in-depth knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, with a strong understanding of fire alarm system components and their functions.
• Attention to Detail: Focus on accuracy and safety, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues proactively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly and effectively.
