What You ll Be Doing
Install, terminate, and troubleshoot commercial AV systems
Pull and route audio, video, and control cabling
Mount displays, projectors, speakers, and AV equipment
Assist with rack buildouts and system integration
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Work alongside Lead Technicians and Project Managers
Help mentor Helpers and Level I Technicians
Maintain a safe and professional job site
What We re Looking For
2+ years of commercial AV, low voltage, or structured cabling experience
Knowledge of AV systems, installations, and terminations
Ability to troubleshoot and read technical drawings
Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Team player with leadership potential and career goals
