Your Role with the Company: As a Level II Access Control Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of access control systems. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that our clients' access control solutions meet their security needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Installing and configuring access control hardware and software.
• Programming and integrating access control systems with other security components.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with access control systems.
• Collaborating with clients and team members to deliver effective security solutions.
• Adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Background Profile:

• 2+ years of experience as a Level II Access Control Technician.
• Strong knowledge of access control systems and related technologies.
• Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications such as Lenel, Software House, or others is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining access control systems.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously install and program access control components.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Safety-Conscious: Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and reliable transportation are required.
