Your Responsibilities: As a Level II Access Control Technician, your role is crucial to your team's success. You will:

• Install, service, and troubleshoot access control equipment and IP-based video systems.
• Work with electrified and non-electrified locks, card readers, IP and analog cameras, video recording devices, and intercom systems.
• Handle projects in highly visible environments, active and occupied sites, and construction sites.
• Maintain professionalism in various situations.

Background Profile:

• License: Active or the ability to obtain an access control license.
• Experience: 2+ years in relevant access control installation, service, and configuration.
• Skills: Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematics.
• Understanding: Functional knowledge of low voltage systems and relays.
• Installation: Ability to install cabling, mount equipment, install card readers, door contacts, mag locks, electrified strikes, and integrated systems.
• Cabling: Proficiency in assembling and installing access control panels, power supplies, cable pathways, CAT cable, low voltage cable, and coax.
• Testing: Ability to test voltage and continuity using a multimeter.
• Technology: General understanding of Network Technology.
• Tools: Proficiency in operating hand tools and equipment required for associated tasks.
