What We Need:

• Solid Experience: With a background of 2-4 years in AV installation, you have a track record of managing and executing complex AV setups. Your experience encompasses a broad spectrum of projects that include sophisticated audio, video, and control systems across diverse environments.
• Advanced Skillset: You have mastered the essentials of AV technology, from understanding complex signal paths to interpreting detailed schematics and blueprints. Your hands are as comfortable with AV software as they are with the hardware, and you're versed in networked AV systems, including IP configuration.
• Professional Credentials: If you have attained certifications like CTS or CTS-I from AVIXA, it showcases your dedication to excellence and industry standards in AV technology. Such qualifications are seen as a significant asset.
• Leadership & Team Dynamics: Your proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams and lead projects is essential. You're adept at troubleshooting, making decisive adjustments, and guiding junior technicians through complex installations.
