Your Role as a Level I Voice Data Installer:
As a Level I Voice/Data Technician, you'll work closely with a larger installation team, contributing to the successful installation of network cabling systems in commercial structures. Responsibilities include:

• Structured Cabling Installation: Install structured cabling systems following industry standards, with minimal supervision.
• Terminations: Terminate Cat5e and Cat6 cables at workstations and user ends.
• Cabling: Identify, pull, and label Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cables.
• Collaboration: Work with the installation team to ensure all network cabling projects meet best practices and industry standards.
• Blueprints and Schematics: Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installations.
• Independent Work: Pull, identify, label copper and fiber cabling, and install support structures independently.
• Tool Proficiency: Use four-pair testers, toners, snips, punch tools, ringers, and other industry-specific hand tools.
• Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility: Be available to work days, nights, and weekends as required.

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
