Your Role with the Company
As a Security Access Control Technician Level I, you will:

  • Install access control devices, door strikes, mag-locks, and card readers in commercial and institutional environments.
  • Assist in cabling and hardware installation for integrated security systems.
  • Learn to configure and test access control systems to ensure functionality and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Operate industry-specific tools and testing equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members and project managers to complete projects on schedule.
  • Follow industry standards and safety guidelines on every job.

Background Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years of experience in low-voltage cabling or construction (preferred).
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and installation techniques.
  • An interest in learning advanced access control systems and security technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • The ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • A commitment to safety and attention to detail.
