What You ll Do
You ll take the lead on after-hours installations, upgrades, and system commissioning across active commercial environments.
Lead crews on commercial fire alarm installations and retrofits
Oversee panel terminations, device installation, and system programming
Read blueprints and coordinate layout with Project Managers and Foremen
Perform high-level troubleshooting, ground fault diagnostics, and system certifications
Conduct and document acceptance testing per NFPA 72 standards
Ensure proper placement of initiating devices, notification appliances, and control panels
Maintain system integrity and code compliance
Deliver daily progress reports and material updates
You re not just installing equipment you re protecting lives.
What You Bring to the Team
Active Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL)
Strong understanding of NFPA 72 and commercial fire alarm system requirements
Experience with device installation, panel programming, and system testing
Ability to read and interpret plans, schematics, and technical documentation
Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license
A leadership mindset and a commitment to delivering quality work
