What We're Looking For:

• Foundational Knowledge: You possess a basic understanding of AV system functionality, including but not limited to video conferencing systems, sound quality improvement, and digital signage. Your skills extend to cable routing, soldering, and rack assembly, with a keen interest in developing these further.
• Technical Skill Set: Your toolkit includes the ability to read and interpret AV system schematics and blueprints. You're familiar with the setup and calibration of AV equipment, understanding the importance of precise audio and video output.
• Certifications & Training: While not mandatory, certifications like CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or any foundational AV technology training are considered a plus. A willingness to undergo further training and certification is essential.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: You’re starting to troubleshoot common AV issues, learning the art of diagnosing and resolving technical glitches with guidance from more experienced technicians.
