Your Role with the Company:

As a Level I Fire Alarm Technician, you will work collaboratively with our team and undertake the following responsibilities:

• Pulling cable in various support structures such as J hooks, bridle rings, and conduit.
• Assisting with basic device terminations, including strobes, pull stations, and smoke detectors.
• Selecting outlet/junction boxes, cable, and conduit effectively.
• Demonstrating familiarity with Ohm Meter operation and providing assistance with basic testing and troubleshooting.
• Possessing a basic understanding of various types of fire alarm systems, electrical requirements, alarm-initiating devices, control functions, and alarm-indicating appliances.
• Familiarity with NFPA standards as they relate to fire alarm installation, including key terminology like "shall" and "should," as well as the role of the "authority that has jurisdiction."
• Understanding wiring requirements and the importance of protecting wiring for fire alarm systems.

• Must have Valid Driver’s license and own transportation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
