Your Role:
Install, terminate, and splice fiber optic cables (Anaerobic, Fusion Splicing)
Perform OTDR & Power Meter Testing to ensure system integrity
Work with racks, patch panels, and enclosures in structured cabling systems
Read blueprints and schematics to determine fiber routes
Troubleshoot and repair fiber network issues
Background Profile:
1+ years of fiber optic installation & termination experience
Knowledge of fusion splicing & fiber testing equipment (OTDR, Power Meter, VFL)
Experience with installing conduit, cable trays, and fiber distribution panels
Strong attention to detail & ability to work independently or lead a small crew
Valid driver s license & reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
