Your Role Level II Voice & Data Technician
You ll play a key role in driving installs forward while maintaining quality and efficiency on-site.
You ll be responsible for:
Installing and terminating Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a cabling
Handling terminations on patch panels, jacks, and closets
Testing and troubleshooting cabling systems
Reading prints and following layout plans
Installing cable pathways (J-hooks, cable tray, ladder rack)
Assisting with rack-and-stack builds and closet organization
You re not just completing tasks, you re helping run the job.
What You Bring
2 4+ years of voice & data / structured cabling experience
Strong copper termination and installation skills
Basic fiber experience is a plus
Ability to read blueprints and follow scope
Experience working in commercial construction environments
Leadership mindset with the ability to guide helpers/techs
Reliable transportation and solid work ethic
