Your Role Level II Voice & Data Technician
You ll play a key role in driving installs forward while maintaining quality and efficiency on-site.

You ll be responsible for:

  • Installing and terminating Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a cabling

  • Handling terminations on patch panels, jacks, and closets

  • Testing and troubleshooting cabling systems

  • Reading prints and following layout plans

  • Installing cable pathways (J-hooks, cable tray, ladder rack)

  • Assisting with rack-and-stack builds and closet organization

You re not just completing tasks, you re helping run the job.

What You Bring

  • 2 4+ years of voice & data / structured cabling experience

  • Strong copper termination and installation skills

  • Basic fiber experience is a plus

  • Ability to read blueprints and follow scope

  • Experience working in commercial construction environments

  • Leadership mindset with the ability to guide helpers/techs

  • Reliable transportation and solid work ethic
