Lead Network Cabling Technician (West Side San Antonio, TX)
Pay: $28 $34/hr (DOE)

Work Location: Projects are on the West Side of San Antonio

What You ll Do
As a Lead Network Cabling Technician, you ll take point on structured cabling crews and keep production, quality, and organization dialed in:
Lead commercial cabling installs (new construction + retrofit)
Assign tasks, set daily goals, and verify quality/labeling standards
Pull, route, and dress cable cleanly and efficiently
Install/coordinate pathway: J-hooks, bridal rings, ladder rack, cable tray (as needed)
IDF/MDF buildouts: racks, patch panels, cable management, documentation
Terminations per scope (jacks, patch panels, 110 blocks as applicable)
Testing/verification support and punch-list closeout
Coordinate with Foreman/Superintendent/PM and site contacts to stay on schedule
What We re Looking For
Strong structured cabling background with leadership/crew oversight
Ability to read prints, follow standards, and keep work inspection-ready
Solid communication, troubleshooting, and jobsite professionalism
Comfortable working active commercial construction environments
