What You Will Do:

• Oversee and execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of voice and data systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians at various levels, from apprentices to level I and II technicians.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and resources to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations on all projects.
• Serve as the primary communication link between project teams and clients, ensuring exceptional service and project satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Voice Data Technician, with a strong background in supervising and leading teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of voice, data, and telecommunications systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team to achieve project goals.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions.
