Your Role as Security Lead
As a Security Lead, you will serve as the driving force on-site, coordinating installation teams and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
This position requires a well-rounded professional who understands all aspects of electronic security installations and can lead from the front.
You will be responsible for:
Leading teams of Helpers, Apprentices, Level I, Level II, and Level III Technicians
Coordinating daily field activities and manpower scheduling
Overseeing installation of Access Control, CCTV, Security Alarm, and Fire Alarm systems
Reading and interpreting blueprints and project drawings
Assisting with system layout and design coordination when needed
Managing materials and job site logistics
Coordinating with General Contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
Tracking project progress and ensuring milestones are met
Ensuring installations meet code requirements and AHJ standards
Supporting Foremen, Superintendents, and upper management with reporting and updates
Driving projects to completion on time and within scope
Your leadership will directly impact the performance and development of your team, helping entry-level Helpers grow into skilled Level III Technicians and future Lead Technicians.

Background Profile:
5+ years of experience in Access Control, CCTV, Security Alarm, and/or Fire Alarm installation
Proven experience leading field installation teams
Strong understanding of life safety and electronic security systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Professional customer-facing demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Certifications are a plus but not required.
