What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of technicians in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting security systems.
Install and terminate access control panels, door hardware, mag locks, readers, cameras, and alarms.
Program and test access control and security management software.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills.
Ensure work meets industry codes, regulations, and customer expectations.
What You Need to Succeed:
3+ years of experience in access control, security systems, or low-voltage installations.
Strong knowledge of low-voltage wiring, power supplies, and networking for security systems.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents for installations.
Familiarity with major security brands such as Lenel, AMAG, Genetec, Honeywell, S2, Bosch, or Avigilon.
Leadership experience and ability to manage crews on job sites.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
