Your Role:

The Electrical Foreman will oversee a mix of electrical construction projects for commercial, educational, church and worship facilities. You will be responsible for small to mid-size crews and supervising the project as a whole. You will provide on-site direction, and leadership to workers to ensure the project meets quality standards, time requirements, and budget. You will be involved in planning, material management, customer relations, and training employees.

Background Profile

• 2+ years of recent field experience working in lead or foreman role on commercial construction projects.
• Possess a Texas State JE License.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Knowledge and experience related to scheduling, material lead times, product knowledge, and installation durations.
• Understanding of electrical codes and installation methods.
• Well-versed in the installation of power systems: lighting, fire protection, security, and data networks.
• Experience in verifying the compliance and functionality of installations.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, customers, etc.
• Working knowledge of computers/computer software & Smart devices/software.
• Be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
