What You’ll Do:
Oversee the installation, programming, and maintenance of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
Lead a team of technicians, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Install, terminate, and test card readers, mag locks, door strikes, and security panels.
Troubleshoot and configure security system software and networked devices.
Ensure work complies with local codes and industry regulations.
Train and mentor junior technicians to help develop their skills.
What You Need to Succeed:
3+ years of experience installing and servicing access control, CCTV, and security systems.
Strong knowledge of low-voltage wiring, power supplies, and networked security devices.
Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and technical documentation.
Experience leading a crew and managing job site workflow.
Familiarity with major access control brands like Lenel, AMAG, S2, Genetec, Honeywell, or Bosch.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
