Work a 12-hour shift, if required.

Work nights and/or weekends, if required.

Stand for long periods during your shift.

Sit for long periods during your shift.

Bend, stoop, and/or walk for long periods during your shift.

Grip, grasp, or twist using your hands and wrists extensively during your shift.

Distinguish differences in colors.

Climb stairs regularly during your shift.

Reach over your head with 10-20 pounds regularly during your shift.

Lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds regularly during your shift.

Work around dust and debris.

Wear proper safety equipment: hard hats, goggles, glasses, boots, gloves, hearing protection, etc.
