Fire Suppression Foreman:
- Lead and direct a team of installers.
- Read and interpret design drawing and blueprints.
- Conducts troubleshooting and inspection of sprinkler systems.
- Perform service work to ensure sprinkler systems are operating properly.
- Reports problems or discrepancies resulting from the inspection.
- Interacts with building owner, facility manager, or building engineer prior to, during, and after completion of the installation and inspection process.
- Perform service calls.
- Assist with alarm installation and service as needed.
- Ensure proper equipment and materials are onsite for effective and safe inspection process.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Background Profile:
- Must have a FEL A license with five years of experience preferred but no less than two years of experience performing sprinkler installation.
- Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and design drawings.
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- FEL B, K licenses a bonus and/or Fire Alarm License a bonus.
